• No refunds after work is delivered unless otherwise agreed

• Client owns the final deliverables upon full payment
• We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio

4. Confidentiality

All project details shared with us are treated as confidential.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for business losses or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the project fee.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
